Take precautions, water, a flashlight, tennis shoes or hiking boots, cell phone and charger, backpack, change of clothes, a snack, bear spray, flea and tick spray, sunscreen, a hat, a sleeping bag, if going alone, tell someone where you are going, even telling Weird Barbie is okay.
If driving yourself, make sure your car is fully charge or has a full tank of gas.
Bring a trash bag and gloves and help clean up nature, forest.
